The Penny Pro plan is a Pay As You Go (PAYG) plan that requires a one-time activation and will remain active as long as the minimum spend requirement is met.
To purchase the Penny Pro plan, users must make a minimum top-up of £5. Once activated, the plan requires a minimum spend of £5 every 30 days to stay active. If the penny pro usage falls below the defined criteria, the short amount will be deducted from the balance to keep the plan activated. In any case, the minimum spend requirement is not met, the Penny Pro plan will be automatically deactivated, and users will be charged standard rates for their usage. To reactivate the plan, users must maintain a minimum balance of £5 in their account.
The plan operates on a usage-based billing model, where each MB of data, SMS sent, or minute of calling is charged at 1p per unit. Users have the flexibility to cancel the Penny Pro plan at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for any remaining balance or unused credit. Please ensure compliance with these terms to enjoy uninterrupted access to the Penny Pro plan.
SIM Delivery and Port-ins
We deliver via Royal Mail. Orders received before 3PM are dispatched on the same day, ensuring delivery within 1-3 days. Orders placed after 3PM will be processed and dispatched on the subsequent business day

Port-in functionality is only available after you have received your Talk Home SIM and it has been activated. If you request the transfer before 5pm, your number will be with us the next working day. If your request is made after 5pm, it'll take 2 working days.
If it takes longer, our systems will spot the delay and we'll credit your account with the equivalent of 1GB of free allowance for each day of loss of service. In the unlikely event that the switch still hasn't happened after 7 days, please contact us and we'll put things right.
5G Coverage & Connectivity
5G connectivity is available for both Android & iOS devices (iOS devices with v16.4 update). To experience the speed and reliability of 5G, you will need a 5G ready device and must be in a 5G coverage area.
If you are using 5G and enter an area with only a 4G, 3G, or 2G signal, your phone will automatically swap to that instead. It will switch back to 5G as soon as a 5G signal is available.
Cancellation & Refund
No refunds are applicable for this plan. Any usage of data, minutes & SMS is charged upon consumption.
You can cancel this plan at any time. Post-cancellation, standard rates for usage of data, SMS and minutes will be applicable.
Requesting a PAC/STAC Code
Talk Home is compliant with the following Ofcom regulation:
If you request a PAC code, we will provide you with one valid for 30 days. We will also communicate important information – such as your credit balance if you’re a pay-as-you-go customer.

Other Details
Remaining allowances on the plan cannot be rolled over. Upon exhaustion of the allowance limit(s) - calls, SMS and data will be charged at standard rates.
The offer is for non-commercial, private, personal use only – Talk Home reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, or if it is not being used in a handset, if it is being used for tethering or if any reason Talk Home reasonably suspects that you are not acting in accordance with this policy where we consider that the usage was illegitimate.
Talk Home reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or the terms & conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time with reasonable notice.
