Can I keep my number?
Yes. Request a switching code (a PAC) from your old network and enter it when your SIM arrives. Your number moves across, usually within one working day.
What's the network performance like?
Talk Home runs on EE, the UK's most reliable network, with 5G and coverage across 99% of the country. The same signal, for less.
How quickly will my SIM arrive?
Your SIM is posted free of charge and usually arrives within 1–5 working days. It activates automatically once you pop it in.
Will eSIM be available?
Yes, eSIM is currently in development and will roll out soon. We're actively working on making it happen for our users.
Does this plan involve a contract?
No. It's a 30-day rolling plan with no minimum term and no exit fee. Change your plan or cancel any time, and you keep your allowance until the end of the month you've paid for.
Will the price change for this plan?
No annual price rises. Unlike most networks, we don't increase your monthly price each year. The £10 you join on is the £10 you keep.
