Calling a Number in Another Country

To call a number in another country while roaming internationally, dial 00 (country code) + (area code) + (number you wish to call).

For example:

If you are roaming in the UK and want to call someone in Dubai, you need to dial +971 4 xxxxxxx.

Please don't forget to add "00" or "+" before the country code when dialing any number.

Calling a Number in the Same Country

To call a number in the same country while roaming internationally, dial 0 (area code) + (number you wish to call).

For example:

If you are roaming in the UK and want to call someone in London (the UK), you need to dial 0207xxxxxxx.

Data Settings on iPhone

You can only edit your APN settings on your iPhone if your provider allows. If it does, follow these simple steps to reset your APN.

• Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone.
• Go to "Mobile” and then "Mobile Data Network”.
• Tap on “Reset Settings”.

Once done, restart your phone.

Open the settings on your device > Go to More > Mobile Networks > Go to Access Point Names (APN) > Add APN.

Once done, SAVE the settings.

You should buy the roaming add-on before you leave the UK. Roaming is automatically activated by default, but the sim card needs to be activated in the UK.

No, we do not allow sharing of roaming data with other devices.

Talk Home Mobile allows the customer to use the roaming for three months. After that your roaming will stop until you reconnect to the UK network.

Usually, the sim card is connected to the available network automatically. If the sim card doesn’t connect automatically to any network, you can select from the available networks manually from the mobile settings.

• Roaming is not activated from the backend or the mobile.
• Data roaming disabled in device settings
• There are no allowances or sim credit available
• No coverage or outages at the location
• The device is not configured properly with the selected network

Your UK plan isn't valid in India. You'll need to activate international roaming add-on (coming soon) and may face additional charges.
